Greetings from Vinod ,
A warm and loving welcome to St. Joseph Vaz Centre.
The year of Jubilee 2000 (Christa Jayanthi 2000) was a strong
inspiration to us to start this centre
in the foot prints of Saint Joseph Vaz, our own Indian and Konkani brother who is popularly known as the Apostle
of Sri Lanka.
The only motto of our Centre is to spread the WORD OF GOD
through audio visual media. In the past 16years we have dedicated
ourselves in Media Evangization by organizing theatre (Drama) presentations on
Gospel messages, publishing books,
producing Audio and Video
Devotional CDs and DVDs and also producing and telecasting Devotional
TV programs to spread the Good Message or our Lord. We produce films based on the parables told by Jesus and on the life of saints and organize film shows in parishes and institutions.
We are grateful to our well wishers , patrons and donors who
have encouraged and guided us in this mission. We always pray for them and their family.
As a new venture, we have decided to start LIVE STREAMING of
the WORD OF GOD and other DEVOTIONAL PROGRAMS through the most popular media of
Facebook. The Holy Mass, Adoration of
the Blessed Sacrament, Novenas and other devotional programs will be streamed
in future.
Producing and Streaming the
programs of this project needs much expenses which we are not able to bear ourselves, so we are in need of generous
donors and well wishers who can financially help us in this mission. Please help us in whatever way
possible.
Your
